PremiChart Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 2, 2026 · Last updated: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how PremiChart LLC ("PremiChart," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the PremiChart mobile application, premichart.com, and related services (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

1.2 Information collected automatically

1.3 Purchase information Subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive or store your card number, bank details, or billing address. To activate your subscription across devices, our subscription-management provider (RevenueCat) receives purchase receipts and subscription status from Apple, associated with a pseudonymous customer identifier (your account ID) — not your payment details.

1.4 What we do NOT collect We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, browsing history, biometric data, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell your personal information.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to: authenticate you and secure your account; display the market data you request; sync your watchlists, portfolios, and settings across sessions and devices; deliver alerts you subscribe to; activate and manage your subscription entitlements; send transactional emails (such as a welcome email and account notices); send marketing emails only if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any such email); maintain reliability and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Where data is stored

Your position ledger, watchlists, and settings are cached locally on your device. Account data and app content are stored with our hosting providers in the United States (Supabase for authentication and application data; our backend servers for market-data services). Notification tokens are held by Apple's push service for delivery.

4. Third-party service providers

We share only what each provider needs to perform its service for us:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you). Each provider processes data under its own privacy and security commitments as our service provider.

5. Data security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, salted password hashing, scoped API credentials, and access controls on backend systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you within legally required timeframes.

6. Your rights and choices

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data. Account deletion is available directly in the app (Account → Delete Account) and permanently removes your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. You can disable push notifications in iOS Settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights: California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and Colorado residents (Colorado Privacy Act) may request access, correction, deletion, and portability, and may opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal data (we do neither). Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) have equivalent rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email support@premichart.com; we will verify your request via your account email and respond within the legally required period, without discrimination for exercising your rights.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly.

8. Investment disclaimer

PremiChart provides informational and educational content only — not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Indicator readings and forecasts are algorithmic outputs that may be incorrect, and the Service does not execute trades. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.

9. Data retention

Active accounts retain data for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, personal data is purged within 30 days (except records we must keep by law). Server logs are retained for approximately 90 days and then deleted automatically.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update the "Last updated" date when this policy changes and will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
